Bicep Curls
2 sets of 15 reps

Wide Grip Curls
3 sets of 8 reps

Close Gripcurls
3 sets of 8 reps

Low Pully Curls
6 sets of 12 reps

Hammer Curls
3 sets of 8 reps

Pronated curls
3 sets of 8 reps

Spider Curls
2 sets of 50 reps
