This is my full biceps workout from the gym.

Bicep Super Set Workout
Dumbbell Bicep Curls 4 sets of 10 reps
Superset with 4 sets of 10 Bicep Dumbbell Hammer Curls
Close Grip EZ Bar Curls 4 sets of 8 reps
Superset with 4 sets of 10 Wide Grip EZ Bar Curls
Incline Dumbbell Curls 4 sets of 10
Bicep Bar Curls 4 sets of 10

I only do this shoulder workout once per week.
