So, I’ve heard you’re trying to put some meat on your behind? Well, you’ve come to the right place! Anyone who has lived with me during my first bulk can vouch for me that I am speaking from experience, as I inadvertently built a great big booty. I’ve since let it deflate as it doesn’t align with my own personal goals, but I’m here to share the workouts that helped me get those huge glutes with you!

This is a simple outline of the workouts you need to be doing in order to build up a big booty and yes, you guessed it, they all incorporate compound movements and are all weighted exercises!
