My 3 year bodybuilding transformation! Gained over 30 pounds of muscle while maintaining a lean body fat percentage. I really hope that this video will provide the motivation for anyone out there looking to do their own transformation, whether it is weight loss or weight gain. Although this video is 3 years of transformation I have only been doing my weight training workouts for 1 year. In order to increase my fitness I slowly implemented my weight training program. At first it was a struggle to stay on track but over time and with a lot of passion, working out is like second nature. To build muscle fast and to get abs I dedicated each day to a specific body-part and my workout would target just that part. Lift heavy and with a proper diet you can achieve amazing results. I hope that this video will inspire everyone with enough bodybuilding motivation to start or continue with your own transformation plans, I for sure am ready to carry on with my own.
