Full Body Workout #1 for Skinny Guys to Build Muscle

Full Body Workouts are not often associated with serious muscle gains but that could not be further from the truth and in today’s Workout Wednesday I’ll share with you Full Body Workout #1! This is one of three full body workouts for building muscle mass.

A lot of you guys have been asking me to upload my personal workouts, and wondering what I did to make my comeback after being off for 4 months and looking soft, skinny and weak!

These full body workouts are PERFECT for skinny guys who are just getting started or for guys who are just returning from an injury or layoff. They are also ideal if you’re over 40 or respond better to really low volume.

Exercise #1 – Tempo 61X0 | 2 Minute Rest

@4:21 – Deadlifts: 2 sets of 5-7 reps

Exercise #2 – Tempo 30X0 | 90 Sec Rest

@4:56 – Incline Dumbbell Press: 2 sets of 15-18 reps

Exercise #3 – Tempo 30X0 | 90 Sec Rest

@5:19 – Supported Bent Over Row: 2 sets of 15-18 reps

Exercise #4 – Tempo 2011 | 90 Sec Rest

@5:38 – Heels Elevated Squats: 2 sets of 20-25 reps

Exercise #5 – Tempo 4040 | 90 Sec Rest

@6:11 – Dumbbell Rows w/ Elbows Out: 2 sets of 20-25 reps
