IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Tonia Moore – Back Day Workout – 2014 Off Season training preparing for the 2015 competition season.
– Wide grip lat pull downs
– Rope lat pulls (super set with the wide grip pull downs)
– Seated Rows under hand close to the body
– Seated Rows with wide grip bar
– Seated Iso Row machine with rotation grip/pull
– Bent over dumbbell rows with a diagonal angle row (from opposite shoulder pulling with the lats for full range…pull from bottom to top squeeze at the top)
on any given day my workouts will vary….I train instinctively I don’t always set myself to a certain number of sets and reps, nor do i always count them. I focus on a mind to muscle connection. Some days my rest periods between sets are short, other days they will be long. I incorporate all styles of training….heavy, light, low reps, high reps, volume/giant sets, slow reps, time under tension, faster tempo reps, drop sets, up sets….pyramiding up the weight & back down or vice versea. Leave no stone unturned. I train my body to build, sculpt, & shape it enhancing every body part necessary to give me the best symmetrical physique possible creating the best illusions for when i step on that stage. Bodybuilding is about creating the best illusions possible for your frame based on your genetics and body type.
