This is an example of how I train to gain in strength and size. This is a great bulking up and mass gaining routine for chest, triceps and front shoulders. However the workout is very high intensity. This is an advanced training program only for experienced lifters. If you are new to training and you have not yet learned to master intensity then this workout wont work for you. Intensity is the key to causing new muscle growth and this is a high intensity workout.
