http://www.HugoRivera.net – Short 15 Min Home Bodybuilding Chest Dumbbell Workout with Hugo & Rodzilla. Hugo & Rodzilla show you a short 15 minute chest bodybuilding workout that you can do from the comfort of your home to get a big chest. In this workout the upper portion of the chest is emphasized and the repetitions per set are fairly high 12-20 repetitions.
This is a great natural bodybuilding weight training routine that you can do from the comfort of your home for the purposes of gaining muscle and losing fat.
15 Minute Chest Hugo & Rodzilla Bodybuilding Workout:
Instructions: This is a fast paced workout, Only rest the amount of time that it takes for your partner to go through the set. If training alone, rest no more than 60 seconds.
45-Degree Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets of 12-15 reps
35-Degree Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets of 12-15 reps (Use the same weight as for the first exercise)
35-Degree Incline Dumbbell Flyes 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Pushups 3 sets of as many reps as you can perform to failure.
This routine should take you 15 minutes.
