I am a student bodybuilder, currently at university, who has found a passion within the fitness industry.
You should know that my main focus of training is Aesthetics! I preach about “working” the muscle using bodybuilding techniques. I do incorporate some powerlifting/strength building rep ranges. However, if you are looking for a powerlifting channel then unfortunately you won’t find that here!
I am excited to see how my physique improves alongside my YouTube journey and hope it can motivate others to take on this lifestyle. Let’s all hit the gym and make some gains!
45 Minute – “Time saving workouts”
Welcome to my mini-series of time saving workouts! This will be a 4-episode series covering each major body part in less than 45 minutes! These workouts are designed specifically for people who are on an extremely tight schedule. They are NOT my every day, nor my priority routines if I can spare more time in the gym! However, as a student there will be days where I can fit workouts between lectures if needed. THEN, these workouts are PERFECT!
