Welcome to my mini-series of time saving workouts! This will be a 4-episode series covering each major body part in less than 45 minutes! These workouts are designed specifically for people who are on an extremely tight schedule. They are NOT my every day, nor my priority routines if I can spare more time in the gym! However, as a student there will be days where I can fit workouts between lectures if needed. THEN, these workouts are PERFECT!

Superset1 – Leg Extension/Hamstring Curl – 4 sets -10/12 reps
1:30 rest between each superset – total time: 12mins.
Superset2 – DB Straightl-eg Deadlift/Leg press- 3 sets -10/12 reps
1:00 rest between each superset – total time: 22mins.
Pyramid Squat Sets x5 – Reps of 12, 8, 6, 8, 12. Explained in video.
1:30 rest between each set – total time: 34mins.
Finisher: Walking Lunges – 100 reps in the least sets possible.
Total workout time: Less than 45 minutes!!
