Workout motivation /Bodybuilding motivation for those who refuse to lose.

It’s now been two years since I decided to bodybuild while sleeping in the back seat of my car. I just want to remind you through this motivational video, just how powerful you really are. I know from my own experience, it’s not easy to stay motivated when life gets hard. I encourage you friend, whatever dream you want, whatever goal you want to achieve, take the risk.

You've got what it takes to grow out of your circumstance. You don't need to already be successful, to become successful. There were many times when I crawled in that back seat and wanted to just die but I remembered… If I wanted to have power, I had to first empower myself. So, just like you, I pulled out my laptop or phone, and started to watch motivational videos.

I had just gotten out of college, and my 20,000 dollars in student loans had just dropped. I was behind on my car payment and let me tell you, I felt smaaaaaall. So… I started lifting. I knew that if I wanted to get out of my situation, I had to live for something bigger than myself. I made motivational videos in my car, trying to encourage my friends to grow with me. It didn't have to be in the gym, just… you know, in life.

Workout Motivation , despite what many might think, Workout Motivation is well known across hundreds of nations all over the world. Workout Motivation has been around for several centuries and has a very important meaning in the lives of many. It would be safe to assume that Workout Motivation is going to be around for a long time and have an enormous impact on the lives of many people.

Social & Cultural Factors

Workout Motivation has a large role in Culture. Many people can often be seen taking part in activities associated with Workout Motivation . This is partly because people of most ages can be involved and families are brought together by this. Generally a person who displays their dislike for Workout Motivation may be considered an outcast.

Economic Factors

It is not common practice to associate economics with Workout Motivation . Generally, Workout Motivation would be thought to have no effect on our economic situation, but there are in fact some effects. The sales industry associated with Workout Motivation is actually a 1.3 billion dollar a year industry and growing each year. The industry employs nearly 150,000 people in the United States alone. It would be safe to say that Workout Motivation play an important role in American economics and shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Environmental Factors

After a three month long research project, I’ve been able to conclude that Workout Motivation doesn’t negatively effect the environment at all. A Workout Motivation did not seem to result in waste products and couldn’t be found in forests, jungles, rivers, lakes, oceans, etc… In fact, Workout Motivation produced some positive effects on our sweet little nature.

Political Factors

Oh does Workout Motivation ever influence politics. Last year 5 candidates running for some sort of position used Workout Motivation as the primary topic of their campaign. A person might think Workout Motivation would be a bad topic to lead a campaign with, but in fact with the social and environmental impact is has, this topic was able to gain a great number of followers. These 5 candidates went 4 for 5 on winning their positions.

Conclusion

Workout Motivation seem to be a much more important idea that most give credit for. Next time you see or think of Workout Motivation , think about what you just read and realize what is really going on. It is likely you under valued Workout Motivation before, but will now start to give the credited needed and deserved.
My diet –
I ate a TREMENDOUS amout of protein. I ate a dozen eggs a day, (not all at once)
either 2 chicken breasts a day, or I would swap it in and out with tilapia. For my protein intake I pretty much stuck to this. I never really did the whole "gram to pound of bodyweight" thing. I just ate until I couldn't

Carbs- A lot of brown rice, sweet potatoes, and whole wheat pasta

Bodybuilding Supplements – I took a lot of creatine monohydrate when I started. Then I switched to bcaas, muscletech's vanilla protein powder, and a pre workout.

I cooked, prepared, and ate everything while working third shift. (It's not busy at all at night, so it was the perfect opportunity)
