Home Workouts: Squats & Calf Raises

Sumo squat with dumbbell – 15 reps

Bulgarian squat with dumbbell – 15 reps each leg

Calf raises – 30 regular calf raises – 30 plie calf raises – 30 pigeon toe calf raises (working it from all angles)

Perform this circuit 4-5 rounds {45 sec rest between each set}
