WHAT I OFFER IS THE FOLLOWING: -Online training in 4, 8, 12, and 16 week packages -Caloric intake/Macro coaching and adjustments -Custom made programs based upon your specific goals -Use of video recordings for form checks and corrections -Email responses within 48 hours of a message being received -Designated weekly check-ins via Email and Skype correspondence 2. MY CREDENTIALS/EXPERIENCES ARE THE FOLLOWING: -Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of North Texas -AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification -USAPL 74kg Powerlifter -Training of general and special population, powerlifters, and other various types of athletes -Written programs for a variety of individuals, including members of the @unt_powerlifting_team 3. WHY I'M DOING THIS: I've been blessed to have done as well as I have with my YouTube channel since starting 7 months ago, and the amount of people I've been able to help has been amazing. With that being said, a lot of you have expressed wanting me to open up online training. I personally feel that the majority of online training out there is over priced nonsense by unqualified individuals, but I use to feel the same way about personal training before I started. Rather than continue to complain about the misinformation, scams, and other nonsense out there I decided to make a difference by becoming a trainer myself. This is the same mind set that I took with starting my channel, and the one I'm taking now with online training. I want to be able to EFFECTIVELY help you reach your goals, and become a self-regulated individual. I do not believe fitness is something to be continuously sold as if it were a pill you take. It's a lifestyle, and as a personal trainer my job is to help you figure out the best way YOU PERSONALLY can adopt that lifestyle. I won't just tell you WHAT, but will teach you HOW & help you understand WHY we are doing everything that we are. Fitness is not as complicated as what many have tried to make it seem, and I will show you that. As always, I'll keep it "Simple, Specific, and Scientific." WARM UP- Single Leg Bodyweight Calf Raises: 3×20 each leg
Angled Standing Calf Raise Machine: 5×10
Seated Plate Loaded Calf Raise Machine: 5×10
Smith Machine Calf Raises: 5×10
Leg Press Machine Calf Raises: 5×10
BURN OUT – Bodyweight Calf Raises: 5 sets till failure
