Well… I eat a high carb, low fat, mostly raw vegan diet that comprises of a calorie-nutrient ratio of 80% carbohydrates (minimum), 10% protein (maximum) and 10% fat (maximum). I have been thriving on this lifestyle for 10 months now and have noticed incredible results.
