Chest, Tricep and Ab Workout – Dolphin Exercise

For a great chest, tricep and ab workout, watch this instructional video for the dolphin exercise. Get into full plank position on the ball with your hands touching in the center of the ball. Bend your elbows to lower your body to the ball and the ball with roll away from you, then as you straighten your arms bring the ball towards you. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
