Triceps french press is a staple in most lifters tricpes workout and arms workout. Lots of bodybuilders get a few things wrong though. They fully extend the arms and don´t keep tension on the tricpes during the triceps workout by holding the bar exactly above your head. Get your arms back at an angle and keep tension on the muscle and not on the elbow joints. This is a mass builder so we will use fairly heavy weight to really stimulate muscle growth.
