Shoulders & Triceps
Warm up: Inverted Pushups, 2 sets x 20 reps

~Triceps:

1st SuperSet:

• Narrow Grip Triceps Extension Straight bar: 15x, 12x, 10x
• DB Neutral Grip Skull Crushers: 15x, 12x, 10x

2nd SuperSet:

• Single Arm Reverse Grip Tricep Extension: 15x, 12x, 10x
• Weighted Dips off Bench: 20x, 15x, 12x

3rd SuperSet:

• Overhead DB Tricep extensions: 15x, 12x, 10x,
• Close Grip “triangle” Pushups: 20x, 20x, Failure
